Iesha Jackson was named an assistant coach at Dallas College North Lake in 2022.

Jackson was part of a staff that guided North Lake to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III national tournament in 2022-23. The Blazers went 25-8 overall, 10-0 in the Dallas Athletic Conference to win the league regular season title. North Lake also captured the NJCAA Division III South Central District championship. The Blazers won 21 straight games, and went 16-0 at home. They were ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA Division III poll most of the season.

Jackson also coaches girls club basketball in the Dallas area.
