Iesha Jackson was named an assistant coach at Dallas College North Lake in 2022.

Jackson was part of a staff that guided North Lake to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III national tournament in 2023-24. The Blazers went 29-4 overall, 10-0 in the Dallas Athletic Conference to win the league regular season title. North Lake also captured the NJCAA Division III South Central District championship. The Blazers won 23 straight games, and went 16-0 at home. They were ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA Division III poll most of the season.

She was a member of a coaching staff that went 25-8 overall, 10-0 in the DAC in 2022-23, earning a trip to the NJCAA Division III Tournament. The Blazers went 16-0 at home, while running off 21 consecutive wins and captured the DAC regular season and NJCAA Division III South Central District titles. 

Jackson also coaches girls club basketball in the Dallas area.
