Hobbs Earns First Team All-DAC Recognition
Dallas College North Lake men's basketball's Autavius Hobbs received First Team All-Dallas Athletic Conference honors, while Anden Holmes earned Second Team distinction.
Head coach Josh Mills was named DAC co-Coach of the Year.
Hobbs, a sophomore guard from Rowlett, Texas, averaged 13.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game, while shooting 86 percent from the free throw line.
Holmes, a sophomore forward from Haslet, Texas, averaged 8.9 points and 5.5 rebounds, while shooting 42 percent from the field and 70.6 percent from the free throw line.
Mills guided the Blazers to a 16-15 overall record, and shared the league's top mark at 11-4.
The Blazers advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III South Central District semifinals.
