Mills to Coach in NJCAA All-Star Game May 18
IRVING, Texas – Dallas College North Lake men's basketball head coach Josh Mills will coach in the National Junior College Athletic Association All-Star Game May 18 in Las Vegas.
Mills, named the NJCAA Division III Coach of the Year after guiding the Blazers to the national championship, will represent the North All-Stars in a game scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. CT at The Orleans Arena. He will coach alongside National Park's Dillon Hargrove and Brookdale's Paul Cisek in the all-star game organized by the Junior College Basketball Coaches Association.
The all-star game pits players from all three junior college divisions against each other in a showcase event.
Mills led the Blazers to a 29-4 overall record this season – his second as a head coach. North Lake went unbeaten in the Dallas Athletic Conference for a second straight year. Mills was named the DAC Coach of the Year for the second consecutive season. The Blazers ended the year on a 23-game winning streak.
