North Lake Baseball Releases 2025 Schedule

2025 NORTH LAKE BASEBALL SCHEDULE

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College North Lake's baseball team will open the season Jan. 24 against Arkansas State University Mountain Home as part of a two-day trip to Louisiana State University Eunice. The Blazers will also play the host and National Junior College Athletic Association Division I power during the three-game weekend.

After a nonconference game at Dallas College Mountain View Jan. 29, the Blazers, which went 24-33 overall, 13-17 in the Dallas Athletic Conference, will make a trip to Galveston College and Alvin Community College Feb. 1-2.

North Lake's home opener is set for Feb. 5 when it hosts Dallas-Fort Worth Post Grad in a doubleheader. It is the first of 22 home dates on the schedule – the first four of which are twin bills. The Blazers will host Des Moines Area Community College and State Fair Community College for doubleheaders on back-to-back days Feb. 14-15. The final nonconference twin bill before league play begins is set for Feb. 19 at Cisco College.

The Blazers open DAC play Feb. 26 at Dallas College Brookhaven. The two teams will complete the first three-game series with back-to-back games at North Lake Feb. 28 and March 1. Following a road trip to Navarro College March 3, the Blazers return to DAC play at Dallas College Cedar Valley March 5 before hosting the Suns for the final two games of the series March 7-8.

North Lake opens Spring Break with a road game at North Central Texas College March 10 before hosting Trinidad State College in a doubleheader two days later. Following the break, the Blazers return to diamond to host three-time national runner-up Dallas College Eastfield in the first of three DAC games March 19. The Harvester Bees host the final two games March 21-22.

After a three-game conference series with Mountain View March 26 and March 28-29 – the first of the three at home – the Blazers host Paris Junior College to close out the month. The final league series in the first half of DAC play is set to begin April 2 at last year's NJCAA Division III South Central District champion Dallas College Richland. North Lake will entertain the Thunderducks for the final two games April 4-5 before beginning the second half of league play at home against Brookhaven April 9.

In between the culmination of the second series against the Bears and the beginning of the second against Cedar Valley, the Blazers host Cisco College April 14. North Lake hosts Eastfield for two games in the second round of DAC play April 25-26 before taking a trip to The Complete Showcase Post Grad April 28. The final two series include two home games against Mountain View May 2-3 and one against Richland May 7. The Blazers finish the regular season May 9-10 at Richland.

The NJCAA district tournament is scheduled for May 14-17 at the site of the DAC champion.
