Skinner, Holden Selected for All-Star Weekend

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College North Lake's Lincoln Skinner and Michael Holden have been selected to compete in the Texas-New Mexico Junior College Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Weekend Sept. 20-21 at Dallas Baptist University.

Skinner and Holden will represent the Region 5 North All-Stars.

A sophomore shortstop from Prosper, Texas, Skinner batted .329 with six doubles, two triples, 22 runs batted, 39 stolen bases and a .472 on-base percentage as a freshman. His 39 stolen bases were tied for ninth in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III.

A sophomore catcher/first baseman from Fairview, Texas, Holden hit .348 with 16 doubles, a triple, a home run, 44 RBI and a .451 slugging percentage last season.
