Hall Named DAC Defensive Player of Week

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College North Lake's Kinleigh Hall was named the Dallas Athletic Conference Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week.

A 5-foot-10 freshman middle blocker from Halletsville, Texas, Hall had 12 blocks and 11 digs, and put down 40 kills against 14 errors in 107 swings for a .243 hitting percentage as North Lake went 3-1 last week. She had three blocks in a five-set loss to Dallas College Brookhaven. Hall added three blocks in a sweep of Dallas College Cedar Valley. She had four more in a five-set win over Coffeyville Community College and two in a four-set win over Seminole State College. She had five digs in the five-set win over Coffeyville.

North Lake (14-17, 5-3 DAC) will play at Dallas College Richland (7-18, 3-4) to begin the final week of the regular season 6 p.m. Monday.
