Blazers Square Off with Mountain View in NJCAA DIII Mid-South Tournament Tuesday at Brookhaven

Dallas College North Lake women's soccer team will meet Dallas College Mountain View 4 p.m. Tuesday at Dallas College Brookhaven in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Mid-South District quarterfinals.

Dallas College Brookhaven women's soccer will host the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Mid-South District Tournament Tuesday-Saturday.

Brookhaven, the Dallas Athletic Conference regular season champions, are ranked No. 1 in the NJCAA DIII poll. The Bears (11-0-1) and No. 4 nationally-ranked Dallas College Richland (8-5-1) earned first round byes in the postseason tournament.

Dallas College Mountain View (5-6-1) will play Dallas College North Lake (1-9-1) at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the first game of the tournament. Dallas College Eastfield (4-9-1) meets Dallas College Cedar Valley (4-11-1) at 6:30 p.m.

The winners will advance to semifinals at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Brookhaven will play the lowest remaining seed at 4 p.m., while Richland meets the highest remaining seed at 6:30 p.m.

The championship game is set for 12 p.m. Saturday, which will be live streamed on TSRN Sports.

Ticket prices are $10 for a tournament pass, good for all games, $5 for adults single session of two games and $3 for students/kids ages 7-18 for a single session. Dallas College students, staff and administrators with a current ID (must present at gate) are free. Children under age 6 will be admitted free of charge. Game programs will be sold for $2.
