Blazers eSports Put 7 Teams in Playoffs, Tryouts Jan. 15-26

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College North Lake's seven eSports teams all qualified for the playoffs this fall.

Call of Duty's 4v4 A Team advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association eSports Tier 2 semifinals. CoD's 4v4 B Team lost in the second round of the Tier 2 playoffs.

CoD Warzone A went 3-1 in the Tier 2 playoffs, following a 6-1 regular season. CoD Warzone B was 3-4 with a trip to the Tier 2 playoffs.

Rainbow Six Siege advanced to the Tier 2 playoffs, where the Blazers fell in the first round. CoD Gunfight qualified for the Tier 3 playoffs.

FIFA's Zaid Gutierrez won the Tier 1 national championship in the fall, repeating as the spring national champ.
