Dallas College esports Begin Playoffs Push

Dallas College North Lake's esports team will begin playoffs Nov. 28-29.

Dallas College esports is sending multiple teams to the playoffs.

Dallas College Richland's Overwatch team consists of six players, and will begin playoffs Dec. 2. Smash Brothers, a single-player squad, will begin postseason competition Nov. 30.

Dallas College North Lake's Rocket League and Rainbow Six Siege teams, which carry a combined 11 participants, begin playoffs on Nov. 28 and Nov. 29, respectively.

Dallas College Cedar Valley's Aahil Ajani has qualified for the playoffs for the second straight year as an NBA 2K gamer. He will begin postseason Dec. 2.

A potential for North Lake's Smash Brothers' player, Dallas College El Centro's Smash Brothers' player and Dallas College Mountain View's Valorant team to qualify for the playoffs is also a possibility.

Playoffs brackets will be released through NJCAAe Generation esports. It is a single-elimination playoff format.
